JoAnn Lachman gently guides the group through Hatha style yoga, practiced with light meditation, syncing breath to movement and the songs of nature. Join us where the hawks sing and the horses graze on The Legacy Ranch’s 20 acre property in Lockport, IL.

What to Wear:
-Layered clothes
-Comfortable sweat pants and sneakers
-A yoga mat or rectangular towel

How to Prepare:
-Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up
