We are excited to have you take part in our spring break 3-day camp!
Horse and farm education- Campers will learn the ins and outs of horse care, which will include everything from the anatomy of the horse to the nutritional needs of our horses! They will also learn the importance of keeping a horse farm organized, and how to take care of it to make sure the horses are happy and healthy by learning how to clean stalls, sweep, and have hands on experience with overall farm care duties.
Campers will play interactive games with each other and the horses. This may include relay races, treat races and obstacle courses.
We will incorporate team building activities so the campers can get to know each other throughout the camp to help them overcome challenges and meet a common goal for each activity that they are a part of.
They will have an opportunity to ride a horse each day of camp!
Bring a sack lunch and eat with your favorite horse!
All participants must come prepared with proper attire to ensure that they are comfortable and safe around the horses. This will include long pants and close toed shoes with a heel. Please dress to be prepared to be inside and outside weather permitting. Helmets will be provided if the participant does not own one.
